Description of problem:
Tabbing in the Create VM dialogue does not reach the NIC drop down list

How reproducible:
All the time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select to create a New VM 
2. Tab from the default position in the name field 
3. Continued tabbing does not reach the NIC drop down list

Actual results:
Tabbing in the New VM dialogue does not reach the NIC drop down list

Expected results:
Tabbing in the New VM dialogue does not reach the NIC drop down list

Scenario:
------------------
When the Create New VM dialog opens the focus/cursor is positioned by default in the 'Name' field.
1. Press the tab key in succession and it moves the focus/cursor to the VM ID field, then to the Description field, then to the Comment field, then to the Stateless check box, then to the Start in Pause mode check box, then to the Delete Protection check box. 
2. Pressing the tab key again should move the focus to the to the Attach button, then to the Create button and then to the Nic drop down box. >>>>> Instead it skips all three these fields/buttons and moves the focus to the System Tab on the left hand side of the New VM dialog.

Target release should be placed once a package build is known to fix a issue. Since this bug is not modified, the target version has been reset. Please use target milestone to plan a fix for a oVirt release.

Closing old bugs. If this issue is still relevant/important in current version, please re-open the bug.

Specifically for UI, we are not going to invest in fixing keyboard based navigation.
