Description of problem:
If you open up the New Cluster dialog and go to the Resilience Policy tab, all of the options there use title case, except for one word that isn't capitalized. 

Every word in "Migrate only Highly Available Virtual Machines" should be capitalized, to match the other two options, "Migrate Only Virtual Machines" and "Do Not Migrate Virtual Machines".

3.5.1 is already full with bugs (over 80), and since none of these bugs were added as urgent for 3.5.1 release in the tracker bug, moving to 3.5.2
