Description Simon Barrett 2014-09-30 14:46:07 UTC
Description of problem:
The pause button does not prompt for confirmation prior to pausing a VM.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:
Select a VM. Click on pause.

Additional info:
The shutdown button prompts with "Are you sure you want to Shut down the following Virtual Machines?". Can the same be added to the pause button?

It is very easy to pause a VM by mistake and create an interruption to service.

This is an automated message.
This Bugzilla report has been opened on a version which is not maintained anymore.
Please check if this bug is still relevant in oVirt 3.5.4.
If it's not relevant anymore, please close it (you may use EOL or CURRENT RELEASE resolution)
If it's an RFE please update the version to 4.0 if still relevant.

Comment 3 Simon Barrett 2015-10-13 02:16:53 UTC
The same situation exists on 3.5.4. There is no prompt to confirm if I accidentally click the suspend icon. VM's just suspend and there is no way to cancel the operation. Not a major issue, but it would make sense to follow the same logic as with the shutdown button and prompt to confirm the intended action.
