On login after a reboot and installation of updates. Nothing was launched, this just popped up.

I noticed this abrt alarm too if updating from 1.8.0-5.fc21 to 1.8.1.1.fc21.
After a logout/login from session abrt pops up. But the panel works correctly.

Another user experienced a similar problem:

Installed LiveCD.  reboot. update. reboot.  Login screen timed out and suspended (new feature?) woke up and logged in.  fault occured immediately.
