Description of problem:

Ability to create internal users/groups and include external LDAP users in internal groups

not sure the internal implementation is designed to allow external users in internal groups.
(you can use external groups today as is though)

duplicate of bug#1076971, but as we use bugzilla as CRM and not engineering tool, mark as depend.

closing low priority RFEs with minimum requests. please reopen if applicable with use-case attached.
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1076971 includes the command line operation tools to do it.
