Sysinfo

Description of problem: Fedore Desktop freezing after some times it dose not have any specific time. I might froze right after starting or after 15-30 minutes.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible: No way to reporduce exactly by doing something

Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.

Actual results: During usage for an example if I try to update from terminal, during download or install everything freezing up. Sometimes after few minutes screen turning into black screen sometimes updates getting canceled or system can not fetch any data from any mirror somethig happens when you have no internet connection. And after that it I use yum update it returns bus error. no command works afterwards. If I use clear it returns error. Reboot dose not work by command or by using gnome gui have to do hard boot.

Sometimes while using any application system freezing. After few minutes either its turning into blackscreen or the application is automatically closing and no matter how many times I try to Open or use anything nothing works.

For above both scinarios HDD ligt staying solid. It's not blinking at all.

Same thing was happening before I reinstalled the entire os but still I have the same issue even after updating. ABRT is unable to detect anything.

I'm providing as much information as I can becuase I'm not very good in linux and I can not diagonse the issue by myself. So, if you need any details please ask me and provide me the commands for the same.

Expected results:
It is not suppose to freeze at all.

Additional info:
Sorry I'm marking bluecurve-gnome-theme as component because I do not know which component actually causeing this.

receintly it did the same and returned something mentioned below:

/user/sbin/alsactl:state_lock:121 file /var/alsa/asmod.state lock error: File exists
alsctl[406]: /user/sbin/alsactl: stat_lock:121file /var/lib/alsa/esound.state unlock error: file exist.

One more thing I have observed it happens during HDD operation if I'm copying a big file from my external drive to HDD or the system installing bigger package such as libreoffice core or eclipse it freezes. Sometimes during usage of eclipse or installation of any eclipse plugin it also freezes.

Please fix it soon I have my exam asignments and I can't even work for longer time in my system because it freezes and some of the work getting removed because I'm unable to save.
