1. Proposed title of this feature request

Support for Power Management on single cluster/host DataCenters

3. What is the nature and description of the request?

> Customer need the power management option should be operational in a single node clusters. They need this option to allows them to power up, shutdown and restart of the nodes and an error message is not displayed when configured.  They also want to disable the warning message that appears as the "power management is not enabled" in the event logs.

4. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

> We need the power management option is operational in a single node clusters. Our datacenter only have one cluster with one node.  We need this option to allows us to power up, shutdown and restart of the nodes and an error message is not displayed when configured. We also need to be able to disable the warning that the power management is not enabled.

5. How would the customer like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)

> We need an option to reboot, start and stop the server. We need an option to disable the warning about power management when it is not configured.

6. For each functional requirement listed, specify how Red Hat and the customer can test to confirm the requirement is successfully implemented.

7. Is there already an existing RFE upstream or in Red Hat Bugzilla?

> No. 

8. Does the customer have any specific timeline dependencies and which release would they like to target ?

> No.

9. Is the sales team involved in this request and do they have any additional input?

10. List any affected packages or components.

11. Would the customer be able to assist in testing this functionality if implemented?

> Yes
