The scripts are run twice. During the auto-install script, and before reboot. The attached patch will remove the second call (before reboot). This will silence the error messages.
I could reproduce this issues in the follow version: rhev-hypervisor7-7.0-20141006.0.el7ev.noarch ovirt-node-3.1.0-0.20.20141006gitc421e04.el7.noarch

This bug can not be verified on build rhev-hypervisor6-6.6-20141218.0.iso, due to automatic installation failed see bug 1176000. I will verify it when the bug 1176000 is fixed.
Verified this bug on build rhev-hypervisor6-6.6-20150112.0.iso(ovirt-node-3.1.0-0.42.20150109gitd06b7c5.el6.noarch) and rhev-hypervisor7-7.0-20150112.0.iso(ovirt-node-3.1.0-0.42.20150109gitd06b7c5.el7.noarch) 1. RHEVH auto install console=ttyS0,115200n8 storage_init=/dev/sda storage_vol=::::: firstboot 2. During installation process 3. There is no permission denied error failed python script execution in screen output.
