Description of problem:
On the New Host dialog, on the Power Management tab, the checkbox for "Disable policy control of power management" is misaligned and sitting alone by itself on a new line.

Verified in rhevm-3.5.0-0.18.beta.el6ev.noarch (vt8).

Checkbox "Disable policy control of power management" is aligned correctly now, see attached screenshot.
