Description of problem:
Some fields that have extra descriptive text for them that doesn't get replaced when error text is shown for that field, and change color to match the error text. 

Examples:
On the New Partition Tables dialog, Layout has some text underneath it saying "[Notice] you use a script as well". The "you may use" part, which is black, will turn red when the error text is thrown for that section of the dialog. It shouldn't change color, it doesn't have anything to do with their issue.

The Provisioning Template dialog does the same thing. Underneath the Template field, there's "Selecting a file will override the editor and load the file instead." This changes to be red, while the "No file selected" across from the browse button stays black, and red "can't be blank" text shows underneath the "Selecting a file will override the editor and load the file instead" (out of alignment).
