Description of problem:

Packstack was run with an answer file containing: CONFIG_NEUTRON_FWAAS=n
After deployment, the result of 'neutron ext-list' contains fwaas

This bug is fixed by https://review.openstack.org/130818, already merged as a fix to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1148949 . Closing as duplicate.
