Description of problem:
If you set expiry date for object, it is also possible to get object after expiration date.
This was discovered by failed test test_get_object_after_expiration_time in tempest.api.object_store.test_object_temp_url_negative

Configuration: 1 compute node + controller, neutron, OVS, GRE, Centos7

This bug is against a Version which has reached End of Life.
If it's still present in supported release (http://releases.openstack.org), please update Version and reopen.
