The openstack-ceilometer package is rebased to version 2014.1.3. This rebase also fixes the following critical and urgent bugs: * Ceilometer swift module is spamming rsyslog with useless logs. * VMware: host_password does not support secret the string in log text. * 'get statistics' does not work with postgresql database.
