Rebase package(s) to version: 2014.1.3 Highlights, important fixes, or notable enhancements: - policy checks when serving responses are optimized for performance; - Security Groups: adding a running instance to a security group now correctly sets firewall rules on all affected instances and not just the new instance being added; - DHCP agent: neutron-ns-metadata-proxy processes are not spawned twice per non-isolated network; - Metadata agent: fixed a bug in token caching code that resulted in new tokens requested for each incoming request; - FWaaS: setting a firewall rule with a port and no protocol is now forbidden; - other vendor plugin updates: Big Switch, Cisco N1kv, Hyper-V, OpenDaylight, VMWare NSX. Note for those who upgrade from previous RHEL-RHOSP5 releases: Operators of existing Neutron RHEL-RHOSP5 ML2 based deployments will need to apply the following SQL statement to their Neutron database.
