Description of problem:
copr allows to build from srpm only, which makes it hard to provide patches for spec, there is a risk of losing srpm and we cannot provide guaranteed builds.

So, this is a request for having a git repository (might be a dist-git variant) for all users of copr.

If there is already something happening about it, let's track it using this bug.

We have recently deployed copr with the dist-git instance. 
We still require an srpm as a source, direct edition of the .spec from Copr UI can be a future work. If somebody wants such functionality, please open a new issue.
