agent_remote_install_failure

Description of problem:
unable to install agent remotely on windows

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
JON 3.3 ER04

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Administration/Agents
2. Create New -- add host/port/username/password/path
3. click install Agent

Actual results:
unable to install agent remotely on windows

Expected results:
agent installed and started on remote windows

Additional info:
while using cywgin (wiht er03 build) it was possible to install agent (would not start) cine cygwin workd with unix paths /path, in er04 that does not work anymore. 
Tried with another ssh server -- tectia, does not work at all.
Screen-shot attached with cygwin error.

Installation will require Unix tools (nohup, awk etc) to work, even in Windows. We can't address this for the 3.3 GA.

The cygwin path would be /cygdrive/C/ .. etc, as Cygwin does not understand C:\ notation.

cywgin path used as /cygwin/c/agent returns the same result - agent.jar is downloaded but not installed - with the same error on gui as in screen-shot

What documentation is required in our product docs for this issue? It's not totally clear to me. Is it incorporating the test cases into the docs in some way?
