There are still packaging problems on epel.

package: php-ZendFramework2-Validator-2.2.8-1.el6.noarch from epel-testing
  unresolved deps: 
     php-composer(zendframework/zend-resources) = 0:2.2.8


There is comment some lines before in spec suggesting this requirement shouldn't be there, it's optional.
