Description of problem: When a user wants to start using the integration with Hosts that are already on the system, it should be possible to use the Edit host dialog to do that. Currently the user must remove and re-add the host, which is quite cumbersome.

This is not precise - the "external/network provider" left tab appears only when the host is on 'Maintenance' mode which is the applicable host status for installation. Hence this bug could be either closed or modified to make the left tab permanent and disable it when the status is not suitable for installation. Such behavior change should get approval by UX since i'd expect it to be the same cross system.
I have tested it with both rhev 3.5 beta and with oVirt 3.5 and the left tab does not appear when the host is in 'maintenance'. These are hosts that have been installed for a some time and, when I put them in maintenance, it just does not appear.
