Description of problem:

I don't want our users to be able to create domains that may be offensive. Or I may want to reserve a certain domain.

With the ROUTER_DENIED_DOMAINS and ROUTER_ALLOWED_DOMAINS that was added to the router in 3.3 we have some control over this.

I'm closing this unless it is deemed insufficient.
