Description of problem:The tooltip of some apps (hexchat,xfce4-power-manager,claws-mail etc) are out of place for LXDE,MATE and XFCE spins both in livecd and installed+updated systems.

Did you use a VM?
In case of MATE i don't see the issue on bare metal.
And in your screenshot i see no mate-desktop.

No VM. I had MATE installed before LXDE. I will upload a pic of mate-desktop with the bug asap.

I have added a picture of mate-desktop with the bug. The bug is there in livecd f20, or installed (both versions 1.6 - 1.8 does not matter) and fully updated.

Sorry, i can't reproduce it.
Here in f20-livecd VM and f20 on bare metal the tooltip is at the right place.
And i'm still wondering about the fact that you said it happend on LXDE/XFCE/MATE on your system.
Maybe you have an issue with your grahic driver?

I only have this issue with fedora, all other distros are fine. I don't know the source of the problem.
