I see that an epel7 branch was created for python-nose-exclude but it does not look like it was ever built:  https://apps.fedoraproject.org/datagrepper/raw?package=python-nose-exclude

I'm after it as one of the deps of python-pyramid which we need for some Fedora Infrastructure apps.  :)

If you'd like a co-maintainer to help, I'd be glad to join.
