Description of problem:
[Text] Detach Storage dialog has several text related issues
These include “Detach Storage” vs. “Detach storage” as well as Data Center(s) which is incorrect since a Storage domain can only be connected and disconnected to a single Data Center

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on the Storage tab and then on the Data Center sub-tab
2. Click on a Storage domain and set it to Maintenance mode
3. Click on the Detach button and observe the dialog
Actual results:
There are a couple of text related issues including: “Detach Storage” vs. “Detach storage” as well as Data Center(s) which is incorrect since a Storage domain can only be connected and disconnected to a single Data Center
Expected results:
Use Detach Storage consistently within the same dialog, use Data Center instead of Data Center(s) which is incorrect with regards to detachment
After discussion with Laura Novich:
The fix will not be complete without replacing Detach with detach.
Since this is the case also in all similar messages, opened this bug for ALL user messages.

I left bz1149457 Open since there's already a fix relating to the word Storage, which is not exactly the same context IMO.
