Description of problem:
The installer fails if the target root partition is already mounted.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 20.25.15-1

How reproducible: 100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot F20 live desktop.
2. Using the file browser, mount a Linux hard disk partition. (The purpose of this is, for example, to copy some configuration files from the old root filesystem before re-installing.)
3. Start the "install to disk" process.
4. Using custom partioning, configure the installer to use the partition mounted in (2) as the root filesystem, and tick the box to reformat.

Actual results:
"An unknown error has occured.
This program has encountered an unknown error. You may
report the bug below or quit the program."

There is no option to correct the problem and continue with the installation.

Expected results:

Either:-
1. The installer automatically unmounts the partition and proceeds to format it.
Or:-
2. The installer warns the user that the partition is mounted, and asks if the user would like to unmount the partition and continue with the installation, or go back to the custom partioning page and choose a different partition.

Same issue as in 1158975. Unmount partitions before running the installer.
