Title: Considerations when Sealing a Windows Template with Sysprep

Describe the issue: 

  # rhevm-config --set ProductKeyWindow7=<validproductkey> --cver=general

is no longer working


Suggestions for improvement:

Keys are no longer in VdcOptions so they are not to be set via engine-config. They are now set in the osinfo properties file ( /etc/ovirt-engine/osinfo.conf.d/FILE )

(not able to test it yet)

Description of problem:
The procedure to create windows 2012 R2 server template seal is not discussed in the documentation which leads to confusion whether this is possible or not or unsupported.

On the other hand, the configuration is given to set the defaults for template of windows server 2012 in: /etc/ovirt-engine/osinfo.conf.d/00-defaults.properties
