Description of problem:

operation is Blocked with CDA from UI due to libvirt default decision to add a balloon device upon each VM creation

Have been discussed over irc, the flow is as simple as it sounds.

1.create ppc64 vm,install OS
2.take a snapshot
3.create vm from snapshot

Assuming this actually becomes a non-issue once BZ 1152560 is resolved.  Linking blocking BZ, and leaving this BZ in place for validation after core fix is implemented.

I believe we need the same fix in AddVmCommand (which is used when creating vm from snapshot) as Vitor did in ImportVmCommand to fix #1152560. Going to test and will update the bz shortly.

Did this get added as well.. i.e. handling of the snapshot?

that was when creating VM from snapshot...
