Created attachment 947236 [details] overflow1 Description of problem: If a user creates a resource name that is longer than the table width in the System Status div, of the About page, then the table will expand to ensure the name text doesn't overflow. The support div, apparently with a higher z-index, is then seen above the now wider table. At best, it inconveniences the user bby making them scroll right to see the status of the Compute Resources. At worst, if the name is between 73 and 127 characters long, the user will be unable to determine the status of their compute resource. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): Nightly How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create a compute resource with a name at least 73 characters long 2. Navigate to the About page (Administer --> About) 3. Select the Compute Resources tab 4. View the results Actual results: Table width expands to fit the compute resource name. Expected results: The name is either wrapped or truncated to fit within the current table width. Additional info: None ATT

Per 6.3 planning, moving out non acked bugs to the backlog
Created redmine issue http://projects.theforeman.org/issues/15992 from this bug
To reproduce the issue, created a compute resources having name of 254 characters(max char limit is 255), Adminitrator-->About-->Compute Resources page seems absolutely fine. Tested on browser Firefox 47, Chrome 52. Please provide the browser version in which the issue is observed.

As per the browser support policy mentioned at- https://access.redhat.com/help/browsers/ We support latest version of Chrome(and other browsers as well), do we really need to work for Chrome 41?
Created attachment 1190348 [details] on Chrome 52 Fair point, I do not think we have to concern ourselves with Chrome 41. It does not seem like a browser issue to me since I tried again today with Chrome 52 and result was pretty much the same.
that is strange, I am unable to reproduce. It works fine(attached compute-resourse-chrome-52.png) on Chrome 52. To work on this further we need to understand the scenario.
