[Triaging bugs here.] Looks like this was hit in some CI run. Is this still reproducible? If it is, please provide a clear reproducer; if not, let's close this as FIXED (CURRENT_RELEASE) -- but the bug description does not have a clear reproducer except an error stating that `nova-db-sync` fails trying to find a certain 'middleware' module. If there's no reproducer, let's mark it as CLOSED (INSUFFICIENT_DATA).
