Description of problem:
The built-in help is broken (the yelp help viewer newer shows up after clicking on the help button) and needs backporting of a commit from master branch to fix this.

A patch fixing this issue has been reviewed and is ready for inclusion.

Proposed as a Freeze Exception for 21-alpha by Fedora user m4rtink using the blocker tracking app because:

 The new help system should be working in the beta & there is a fix ready for inclusion.
