With 2 (or more) organizational units, the circle for each of them is only partially (and insufficiently) visible.

Moreover - with two org. units that have the same number of both commits and repositories, as you can imagine, one circle and text covers the other. So of the two org. units, you only see one in the graph.

Issue persists in 6.2.
