Description of problem:
Since the kernel version 3.16.4 and higher, it is impossible to do a keyboard input after open my laptop (First working with no problems, then I close the laptop (standby/engergy savig mode, after a while open the laptop and keyboard is not working)). The mouse is working with no Problems. After a reboot there is no problem til I close the notebook.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.close Laptop (standby/engergy savig mode)
2.open it and try to type (at the login screen)(more than 50% it does not work), mouse is working

Actual results:
no input via keyboard possible at the login

Expected results:
can type normally to log in again

Additional info:
this problem is since the 3.16.4 and higher kernel version
The laptop is a HP Elitebook 2540p

Is it ibus problem?
You can quit ibus with 'ibus exit' command.
