Description of problem:
When create application with downloadable cartridge or add downloadable cartridge to application, on the application pages, the detail info for cartridges is not clear enough to indicate the origin of cartridge.

1.Create with downloadable cartridge on website.
2.Check on the application pages, click "details"

2.Reffer to attachmet "actual-result".It shows:

Expected results:
2.Should show more info to indicate the downloadable cartridge. Reffer to attachment "expected-result". "custom cartridge" links to manifest.yml url.

OpenShift Enterprise v2 has officially reached EoL.  This product is no longer supported and bugs will be closed.

Please look into the replacement enterprise-grade container option, OpenShift Container Platform v3.  https://www.openshift.com/container-platform/
