Description of problem:

Pulp is adding support for ssl in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1155604

katello-installer will need changes to support this for 6.1




Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install katello
2. Verify that pulp is talking to mongo over ssl

Actual results:
it is not using ssl

Expected results:
it is using ssl

The change to pulp is present in 2.5.0, so it is available to be used by sat 6.1.

An upstream issue has been opened for this. When this is fixed, the next version of satellite will contain the fix. We will no longer be tracking this downstream. If you feel this was closed in error, please feel free to re-open with additional information.
