Nearly all ISDN card driver modules are missing from FC2 Test 1 kernel

Description of problem:
Nearly all ISDN card driver modules (e.g. hisax, hisax_fcpcipnp, ...)
are missing from kernel-2.6.1-1.65 as included in FC2 Test 1. This
means no dialup to the internet is possible for a lot of users.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. try to load the hisax ISDN driver module
patch-2.6.3-bk3 contains a lot of ISDN patches to get e.g. the HiSax
driver running correctly on kernel 2.6.
