can't change the automated status of the cases .

Description of problem:
as summary.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
v3.8.12 on devel server.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open a test plan with cases.
2.then choose some cases and click "Automated" to inspect whether can change the automated status of the cases.


Actual results:
can't change the automated status.

Expected results:
the automated status of the cases should can be changed.

this bug has been fixed by the patch https://code.engineering.redhat.com/gerrit/#/c/35324/

verify on devel server with nitrate 3.8.12: pass

verify steps are the same as the description.
