Move missing permission message to icon tooltip.


Having the message displayed instead of value seems a bit disturbing to me, especially in case when user doesn't have permissions to read a group of attributes (in such case the same message is displayed multiple times at once).

Consider as design recommendation for EAP 7.  How should we reflect contents of fields that user does not have permission to view?
