Verified this bug on build:
ovirt-node-plugin-vdsm-0.1.1-27.el6ev.noarch
ovirt-node-3.0.1-19.el6.18.noarch
Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Hypervisor release 6.6 (20141024.0.el6ev)

Test steps:
1. installed rhevh 6.5 20141017.0 build successful.
2. put rhevh 6.6 iso to /data/updates/ovirt-node-image.iso
3. run /usr/share/vdsm-reg/vdsm-upgrade
4. rhevh restart 
5. attach nfs storage
6. create new VM.
7. "run",vm starts good
   "run once" vm starts good.
8. checking vdsm.log, no libvirt error for permission denied in log.

So this bug is fixed on this scratch build 6.6 for 3.4.z build(20141024.0)

And rhevh host added from rhevm portal.

3.4.4 was released.
