Description of problem:
Migration, suspend and memory snapshots are disabled in ppc64 hosts but are supported in PowerKVM.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure a data center with ppc64 hosts and create a VM
2. Try to migrate it, suspend or create and restore a memory snapshot

Actual results:
These features wil be blocked.

Expected results:
They should be available.
