Description Pavel Jelinek 2014-10-24 13:10:19 UTC
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
EAP 6.4.0.DR6

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start EAP 6.4.0.DR6
2.Open web console and navigate to Configuration->WEB->Servlet/HTTP->Global
3.Edit
4.Change 'Default session timeout' value to 15
5.Save
6.Reload server
7.Using cli run '/subsystem=web/:read-attribute(name=default-session-timeout)'

Actual results:
{
    "outcome" => "success",
    "result" => 30
}

Expected results:
{
    "outcome" => "success",
    "result" => 15
}

Comment 1 Kabir Khan 2014-10-24 13:27:17 UTC
I have checked that this is purely a console issue:

[standalone@localhost:9999 /] /subsystem=web:read-attribute(name=default-session-timeout)
{
    "outcome" => "success",
    "result" => 30
}
[standalone@localhost:9999 /] /subsystem=web:write-attribute(name=default-session-timeout,value=22)
{
    "outcome" => "success",
    "response-headers" => {
        "operation-requires-reload" => true,
        "process-state" => "reload-required"
    }
}
[standalone@localhost:9999 /] /subsystem=web:read-attribute(name=default-session-timeout)
{
    "outcome" => "success",
    "result" => 22,
    "response-headers" => {"process-state" => "reload-required"}
}

After revisiting this issue I found out that in fact it is not possible to modify any Servlet/HTTP related configuration.
