Description: I have patched libatasmart with the patch from https://bugs.freedesktop.org/attachment.cgi?id=76719 in response to bug #921430.

This is my first submission, so I need a sponsor. I have completed a successful scratch build in koji (http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=7941271) and I have also tested the package on my systems and so far everything runs fine.

This isn't how this works.  We already have libatasmart in Fedora, it needs to be fixed there.
