Changes:

1 panel to enter the following usernames/passwords:

DV Admin User ---------------------- DV Admin User password -----------------------  (used to administrate EAP, Teiid, ModeShape)
Teiid User ----------------------------- Teiid User password ------------------------  (used to query Teiid VDB's and create Dashboards)
ModeShape User ---------------------- ModeShape User password ------------------------ 


with the check box to reuse password from the 1st entry.

Here's a correction:

1 panel to enter the following usernames/passwords:

Issue on the panel:

-  When a username and password do not match, the error message should indicate which username that its for.  Otherwise, entering 8 passwords again is not user friendly.

Suggestions on the consolidated panel:

-  The BOLD title "Create an administrative user"  should be changed to be generic about this panel.  Like "Enter Username's and Password's"

-  The 1st paragraph should probably be moved down, just above setting the admin username/password.   Being at top, it appears that its applying to all the usernames and passwords.

-  Maybe a general statement at the top about what's being entered, which should include that if checking to use one password for all, that it also applies to the "vault" password.  Which the vault panel isn't presented when checking the option.
