Description of problem: When running the troubleshooter, if the error_log is empty and so is the journal, the most likely scenario is that the journal has the data but the user is unable to read because they are not in a privileged group. In that situation, the user should be given a journalctl command line they can copy and paste in order to get the relevant journal entries.
