Description of problem:
I am working on a Lenovo Yoga Pro 3. This device does not have any physical
rfkill switch. However, ideapad-laptop always enables the hardware rfkill switch for my laptop.

kernel-3.16.7-200.fc20 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 20.

Update it with:
