I can reproduce in latest 'master'. I have actually noticed two problems on my setup, not sure if they are related: - when loading the 'Clusters' main tab (which, in my particular case, contained a grid with only one item in it), the (only) row in the grid appears to be selected, however the sub-tab panel is not displayed (and the 'location' of the application is not changed to "...#clusters-general" as expected). - after de-selecting and re-selecting the row in the grid, the sub-tab panel appears ('General' sub-tab displayed by default), however all values within the sub-tab are empty, as reported in comment #0. see attachment 951434 [details] to see how loading of the Clusters main tab in the Japanese locale looks like. see attachment 951433 [details] for comparison with the English locale, which behaves correctly (i.e. the initial automatic selection is accompanied with displaying the sub-tab panel, the 'General' sub-tab contains non-empty values). notes: * as reported in comment #0, this happens in all non-English locales. * I was able to reproduce the problem only in the Clusters main tab; I couldn't reproduce it in e.g. the Templates main tab.
