Description of problem:
Separating jobid's with a comma in the job id field results in 500 error

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.select matrix report, put in any two job id's separated by commas
2. Watch it die with a 500 error
3.

Actual results:
500 error

Expected results:
works without 500 errors or rejects as invalid input

Additional info:
May be a potential security issue with processing un-sanitized input.
