Please add more description of the flow. Seems to me you are running to a known issue. Which engine version?
What are the migration errors before the run vm attempt?
Where did you get that vdsm version? Seems outdated

Comment 5 Dan Kenigsberg 2014-10-28 00:55:58 UTC
[root@ibm-p8-rhevm-hv-01 ~]# rpm -q qemu-kvm
qemu-kvm-1.6.0-2.pkvm2_1.17.7.ppc64

So it's most likely http://git.qemu.org/?p=qemu.git;a=commitdiff;h=e0ab7fac65dc75573d3f02105c80981be4f49c2d

solved a month ago by qemu-kvm-1.6.0-2.pkvm2_1.17.8.ppc64.

Why are we wasting even a microsecond on testing a month-old build? Let alone opening bugs on it?

(BTW, bb25d3b is actually a good vdsm has to test - https://gerrit.eng.lab.tlv.redhat.com/gitweb?p=vdsm.git;a=shortlog;h=bb25d3b )
