Description of problem: If it's important: this was discovered on a CentOS 6 install of rdo Icehouse. The default for iscsi_helper is set to lioadm in /usr/share/cinder/cinder-dist.conf but the example comment in /etc/cinder/cinder.conf has tgtadm which most people assume is the default and simply leave it commented out. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): This seems to have changed somewhere between the cinder package installed between rdo-release-icehouse-1 and -4 as this seems to have broken after a yum update. This bug is against a Version which has reached End of Life. If it's still present in supported release (http://releases.openstack.org), please update Version and reopen.
