RHEL Engineering is moving the tracking of its product development work on RHEL 6 through RHEL 9 to Red Hat Jira (issues.redhat.com). Individual Bugzilla bugs in the statuses "NEW", "ASSIGNED", and "POST" are being migrated throughout September 2023. Bugs of Red Hat partners with an assigned Engineering Partner Manager (EPM) are migrated in late September as per pre-agreed dates. This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

1. Register and check the rhsm-icon popping up dialog.
2. Auto-attacn and check the rhsm-icon popping up dialog.
3. Remove all subscriptions and check the rhsm-icon popping up dialog.
4. Unregister and check the rhsm-icon popping up dialog.

Actual results:
From step 1 to step 4, there is no rhsm-icon popping up dialogs.

Expected results:
From step 1 to step 4, there is should be rhsm-icon popping up dialogs.

This bug not appears in the newest RHEL7.1 build 20141029, so move to verified

Update...
The expected behavior of the rhsm-icon has actually been reverted back to the original behavior based on comments

Please retest your original scenario in comment 0 with subscription-manager-1.13.8-1 or higher.  If that passes, then I would suggest moving this big to CLOSED WORKSFORME

Verifying version:
subscription-manager: 1.13.8-1.el7
python-rhsm: 1.13.7-1.el7

When register, remove all subscriptions, and unregister, the rhsm-icon prompts.
Moving to CLOSED WORKSFORME.
