This seems to be upstream fix, needs to be looked into more and fixed

Siddharth Sharma, according to https://access.redhat.com/security/cve/CVE-2014-8354 it is about resize code. Debian bug (https://security-tracker.debian.org/tracker/CVE-2014-8354) mention http://trac.imagemagick.org/changeset/16765 as fix. It seems more correct for me.
