Description of problem:
Using system-config-services to stop/restart/start is functional using
rmb to select approriate option or select option from icons above.

It is intentended that disabling/enabling services is conducted by
clicking checkbox on the before service name on the services list.
However these checkboxes are displayed incorrectly. It is impossible
to see the current selection or alter it.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
system-config-services-0.8.6-2

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start program system-config-services-0.8.6-2
2. Try to disable/enable a service using checkbox
3.

Actual Results: Nothing.

Expected Results: Checkbox should clearly show if it's check or not.
