Description of problem:
Virt-viewer shows all 4 displays when only single display is configured in RHEV-M.

Windows 7x64 client

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Setup VM with 1 monitor in RHEV-M
2. On the Virt-viewer -> Displays -> All displays are enabled and can be open.
3.

Actual results:
All 4 displays are active.

Expected results:
Only 1 display can be used.

I don't quite understand the issue. The Linux QXL driver is multi-head by design. It doesn't rely on existence of multiple devices (it atually doesn't work well with multiple devices). There is already an open bug in rhevm to support setting the max number of heads: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1075798

I think it should be closed as duplicate.
